During the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake, extensive liquefaction damage occurred even in Niigata City, more than 150 km from the epicenter. This presentation reported the results of an in-situ ground investigation of the surface ground conducted at and around Sonogi Elementary School in Konan Ward, Niigata City.

The presentation led to active discussions with researchers from Japan and abroad, providing a valuable opportunity for the future development of our research.
